Website terms of use

The Flying 12 Club website introduces the club and provides links and resources for members. These website terms do not replace the club’s membership agreements, aircraft operating rules, or booking procedures.

Member access

Use your own Google account. Eligibility for restricted features is based on the current membership list maintained by the club. Website access does not authorize a flight, aircraft reservation, maintenance task, or use of another member’s account.

Shared photographs

Submit only photographs you are entitled to share publicly and for which you have any necessary permission from people pictured. Uploading a photograph requests its display in the public club gallery. Do not include confidential material. Contact the website administrator to request removal.

Flight and maintenance resources

Confirm that any checklist, handbook, procedure, or linked document is current and applicable to the aircraft before use. The website is an information resource; it does not replace required training, approved aircraft documentation, or instructions from the club’s responsible personnel.

External services and availability

Google sign-in, Calendar, Drive, YouTube, and other external services operate under their own terms and access controls. Features and availability may change as the club develops this website.
